A workspace this large rewards knowing the corridors. You will learn three ways to reach any feature.

Lesson 1 · The dark rail

Lesson one, the rail. After this you read it like a map. The dark rail groups destinations by the job you are doing. Click a header to fold a group, your folds are remembered per device.

Lesson 2 · The top bar

Lesson two, the top bar. After this you can name every control. One search, Jump to, the command palette. One AI door, the Vera cluster. One inbox, one New menu, and the chips naming your tenant.

Front of desk

Watch the rail as we pass. Front of desk holds the daily reads, and the rail's foot always names your organization and role.

Contracts & documents

Contracts and documents gathers the paper, proposals, agreements, clauses, and document search. When you hold a document, start in this group.

Renewals & deals

Renewals and deals is the deal calendar, notice windows and negotiations together. Recent pages and your saved views float to the top of the rail.

Lesson 3 · Search, the card catalog

Lesson three, search. After this you can find any record. The palette answers, take me to a page. Search answers, find me a record.

Put the question to the archive

Type a vendor, a contract title, or a clause term like auto renewal. Results group by type, vendors, proposals, agreements, benchmark metrics, clauses, tasks. When one record clearly answers, it floats to the top as a best match with a grounded one line verdict.

Reading the results

Before you type, the stage shows the records you touched most recently, so the last proposal you worked is one press away. For text inside the documents themselves, document search is the deeper tool. This screen searches what the platform knows about your records.

The More catalog

The third way, the More catalog. Everything the short rail hides lives here, searchable and grouped, so nothing is ever gone.

Contracts & documents

Each group lists every destination with one line of what it does. Scan the contracts group when the job involves paper.

Vera AI

The Vera group holds the AI doors. You rarely need them from here, control or command J opens her from any screen.

Proposals

Proposals covers the expert loop, upload to delivered report. When a page seems missing from the rail, it is filed here.

Your Archive

Your Archive files whole folders by vendor. One habit beats browsing all of this, press control or command K and type what you want.

Lesson 4 · My work

Lesson four, my work. After this you know where your day starts. Everything assigned to you personally, tasks, renewals you own, approvals waiting on you, gathered on one screen. This is the answer to what needs me.

One docket

One docket. The queues group your open items by type, so you can clear them in a single sitting rather than hunting five screens. Open it at the start of the day, before the inbox.

The headline

The headline states the load plainly. Two items wait, nothing urgent yet. That sentence is the point of the screen, a calm reading of your day instead of a pile of notifications.

Today

Today holds what should move before you leave. Work it top to bottom. When the platform says nothing is urgent, believe it, that judgment comes from real deadlines, notice windows, and assignments, not from guesswork.

Later

Later is the parking lot, visible but not pressing. Clear Today first, then decide what from Later deserves this week. Two lists, one habit.

What's new

Last stop, What's new. The platform tells you what changed, curated highlights leading, and the full changelog of every small change behind one button.

What shipped, and why it matters

Each entry says what shipped and why it matters to a buyer, and closes with a try it line, one concrete first move to make.

The read log

This section is yours to govern, what you have read, and what Vera is allowed to capture. The platform states it, you decide it.

The record, and a check

That is the full changelog, filed by month. Two questions. Which key opens the palette? Where do items waiting on you gather?

Your turn

Now the assignment. Reach Renewals three different ways, the rail, the palette, search. Three minutes covers it. Then on to Course 3, your account and security.
