A sample portfolio loads in, so you can see the ledger working at full weight.
Every vendor gets a folder. Pick one here, and the folder starts tracking the three facts that decide a renewal: the expiry date, the notice window, and the annual value. Set them once, and the platform watches the calendar for you, and reminds you in time to negotiate.
Or skip the typing. Drop the signed contracts here, one file or many, and each one is read and filed under its vendor with the dates and values already extracted. The ledger then groups every folder by what binds you first, with each group stating its count and annual value.
Most agreements renew themselves unless you give notice by a set date. So the ledger counts down to the notice date, not the expiry. When a folder reads notice, that deadline has already passed, and the renewal stands.
The runway column shows how much of the final year has already run, with the notice deadline ticked on it. Select any row and the inspector opens that folder in full, the term drawn as a timeline, the uplift verdict against your cap. Chips filter to the folders past notice, the ones renewing inside ninety days, or the ones with no date yet.
That is the agreements workbench. No window shuts silently again.
