Vendors rarely mark what changed between drafts. This screen finds it for you.

Pick any two documents, this year's renewal quote against last year's paper, or a redlined draft against the version you sent, and they sit side by side while the scan reads both. The result opens with a verdict band: the terms compared, which side is stronger where, and the watch-outs.

Below the verdict, one card per term. Both sides' language, printed in full, with the stronger position highlighted, so the argument is already framed in the vendor's own words. An amber panel closes the read with the watch-outs, and the whole scan saves to your workspace.
