The vendor roster: spend, contracts, and posture per vendor.

What this demo covers

The video shows why you never build a vendor profile by hand: upload a proposal and the profile appears with the agreement, the benchmark position, and the renewal date already gathered, then every later upload updates it. A month in, the roster masthead states how many vendors you hold, their annual worth, and how many renew inside ninety days, with each row rolling up spend, paper on file, a countdown ring to the renewal, and a plain reading of where the deal ranks against the market. Opening a vendor shows the whole relationship, and a navy band opens the full case, up to six briefing documents built from your own records.

Welcome

Vendor knowledge lives in too many places: contracts here, quotes there, notes in someone's inbox. Vendors collects it all into one roster, one profile per vendor.

The first profile

A fresh workspace starts empty, and that is the point. You never build a vendor profile by hand. Upload a proposal, and a profile appears for its vendor with the agreement, the benchmark position, and the renewal date already gathered.

Scorecards build themselves

The rail spells out the rhythm. Every upload creates or updates that vendor's profile. Agreements, benchmarks, research, and renewals collect under one name, and the relationship becomes something you track, not something you reconstruct before each meeting.

The filled roster

Picture it a month in. The masthead states how many vendors you hold, what they are worth a year, and how many renew inside ninety days. Each row rolls up spend, paper on file, and a ring counting down to the renewal, with a plain reading of where each deal ranks against the market. Open a vendor and the whole relationship is there: contracts, benchmarks, the company card with its financials, and your team's notes. And when a meeting deserves the full treatment, a navy band opens the case, up to six briefing documents built from your own records.

Wrap

The roster that keeps itself. That is Vendors.
