AI insights sit beside the record. While the analysts work, you can run your own passes: a redline review that flags risky clauses with quotes from the document, what if scenarios, a walk away alternative. Each result is saved on the record, ready for the next conversation.

Deals are a team sport, so the discussion lives on the record too. Comment on the proposal, or on a specific metric or clause, and the thread stays with the paper. Anyone who joins later reads the whole history in one place.

Access is deliberate. A proposal can be open to your whole organization or restricted to named people, managed by the owner or the uploader. Sensitive paper stays with the people who should see it.
