The vendor twin is a rehearsal room. Write out the asks you intend to put to a vendor, up to twelve, in the order you plan to raise them, and the twin grades each one before anything is sent. It runs on a model of how that vendor is negotiating right now, built from six sources of evidence: their negotiating behavior, their fiscal calendar, their latest results, their standard paper, any viability signals, and what other buyers verifiably landed.
Every ask comes back with a verdict. Lands means expect to get it. Traded away means it costs you something, so decide now what. Stalls means the turn is better spent elsewhere. Reveals means asking tells the vendor something you would rather keep. A confidence grade states how much evidence sits behind each reading, and the twin closes with the order to play your asks in.
The twin predicts the vendor, it never writes to them. Go in ready.
